IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT PURCHASING AND RETURNS POLICY. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
PURCHASING PRINTS:
Subject to the right of Consumers to return goods for refund under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have the right to cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 7 days following the day you receive the goods by: e-mailing Rachel Husband at: Rachel Husband Photography stating your name and a description of the goods or services concerned. If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been despatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Rachel Husband at your own risk and cost, and with suitable packaging, therefore it is strongly recommended you use an insured delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. All returns are subject to the following conditions, except where the goods are damaged or incorrectly described on the website (NB. please note that all prints, either mounted or un-mounted are checked prior to postage for any defaults or marks).
To qualify for a refund or exchange the product must be received back to Rachel Husband in "as new" condition.
All monies for authorised returns will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of your returned goods. Where Rachel Husband has made a charge for postage, this will be deducted from your refund if the goods have been despatched to you.
- NB. Due to the differences in monitor and screen availability, image colour is representative only and Rachel Husband can NOT guarantee an exact colour match to that which you see on your own screen. If this is important to you, please order a sample print (which will be watermarked), to view colours beforehand. If you then order a print of the same sample Rachel Husband will refund the price of the sample print against the full purchase price.
- Images shown are low resolution files, suitable for fast viewing on the internet. The images for available prints are approx 20-70MB in size and will produce an excellent quality print.
- Prices quoted are for private, single use only. Images are available for commercial use but prices will be negotiated separately depending on usage. Please contact me to discuss.
- Images up to A2 in size are printed using genuine Epson Ultra Chrome K3 inks on genuine Epson papers and are available in either a Gloss or Luster finish (except for A2 which Rachel Husband only prints in Luster finish). Luster finish has a lovely sheen to it - it is not flat like Matte and is not as reflective as Gloss thus lending itself very well to hanging on the wall.
- All images are produced with a white border around the photo of approx 5 to 30mm wide (panoramic and square images will be fitted to the appropriate paper size you order and will therefore have a larger border to the top and bottom. If you would like this cut to a particular size to avoid this then please contact Rachel Husband at time of placing order ) as her preference is to leave a border between the photo and the mount as Rachel feels this makes the image stand out and enhances the viewing experience.
- Mounted prints will be personally signed by Rachel Husband on the mount.
- A small amount of cropping may occur on the left & right border to the picture shown.
- From time to time Rachel Husband will offer limited edition prints – these will be numbered accordingly.
- Mounted prints are mounted using acid-free mounts in a pale off-white colour as this colour is complimentary to all pictures.
- To keep your print looking its best, they should not be displayed in direct sunlight and should be kept away from any source of heat and humidity.
- Prices quoted do not include postage or insurance. Postage & packing costs to the UK will be added at the Paypal stage. NB. you will be able to view postage costs before proceeding with your order. Overseas customers please contact Rachel Husband prior to placing your order to obtain postage costs.
- Prints are available to purchase on line through the integrated payment system (PAYPAL). If you do not have access to PAYPAL, then Rachel Husband can accept payment via direct bank transfer - please use the contact form to discuss this option.
- If you would like to purchase a picture of a different size please do not hesitate to contact Rachel Husband. Please note Rachel does her own printing and therefore the largest available size she can print on site is A2. NB. if you want a larger size then Rachel Husband can arrange to get this done at a professional lab for you and will give you a quote in advance - please use the contact form to discuss this option.
- Please allow up to 14 days for delivery, although most items should arrive quicker than this.

- Your right to cancel does not apply if you have picked up your order from Rachel Husbands business premises or was purchased at a show where Rachel is exhibiting images etc
- Your product must be complete and in 'as new' condition (e.g. if you have opened the parcel to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging).
- It must not have been used or installed and should be returned with suitable packaging.
- Please note that Rachel Husband can not refund items because of colour matching problems. If you are unsure of colour then you must order a sample print before your main purchase (as per note above under 'Purchasing Prints'). In the unlikely event that the print colour differs from the sample then both must be returned to me at your own cost for review. If they are subsequently found to be different then postage for returning the items will be refunded to you.
- Please note that sample prints are non-refundable.
- Refunds cannot be made in respect of goods made to your specific requirements unless they are faulty. For example, print sizes that are not offered as standard on this website (i.e. sizes outside of A4, A3 or A2).
